Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cadran, a macOS desktop clock application developed by Ilyes Abd-Lillah. By downloading, installing, or using Cadran, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Agreement to terms
By downloading, installing, or using Cadran from cadranapp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
License grant
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Cadran on up to three (3) Apple-branded devices that you own or control. Each Cadran Pro license allows activation on a maximum of 3 devices simultaneously. You can deactivate a device in-app to free up an activation slot. If you need additional seats, contact us at support@cadranapp.com. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
In-App Purchases
Cadran Pro is available as a one-time purchase directly from cadranapp.com. You pay once and keep Pro features permanently. Payment is processed securely by Polar (polar.sh), our payment provider. For details on refunds, see our Refund Policy at cadranapp.com/refund.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Cadran only for its intended purpose as a desktop clock application. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application or any part of it. You may not use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, clock faces, and visual assets in Cadran are the intellectual property of Ilyes Abd-Lillah. "Cadran" is a trademark of Ilyes Abd-Lillah. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
Third-party services
Cadran integrates with Apple WeatherKit for weather data and is distributed directly from cadranapp.com. This website uses VirusTotal (virustotal.com) to scan application releases for malware; downloads may be temporarily paused if a security concern is detected. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
Warranty disclaimer
Cadran is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ilyes Abd-Lillah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cadran. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application (maximum €9.99). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. For EU consumers, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use of Cadran after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions about these terms, contact us at support@cadranapp.com.
