We want you to be completely satisfied with Cadran Pro. This policy explains how refunds work, your rights as a consumer, and how to request one.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Cadran Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked. Simply email us at support@cadranapp.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout, and we will process your refund.

Payment processing

All payments for Cadran Pro are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our payment provider. Polar handles invoicing and refund processing. When your refund is approved, Polar will return the full purchase amount to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

After the 14-day window

After 14 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may grant a refund at our discretion if you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using Cadran Pro. Please contact us at support@cadranapp.com with a description of the issue.

Legal conformity guarantee

Under the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770) and the French Code de la consommation (Art. L217-12), you are entitled to a legal conformity guarantee for 2 years from the date of purchase. If Cadran Pro does not function as described — for example, if features are missing, broken, or incompatible with the advertised system requirements — you may request a fix, replacement, or full refund regardless of the 14-day window. This statutory right cannot be waived.

Right of withdrawal

As a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, Cadran Pro is exempt from the 14-day EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), provided you gave explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing your withdrawal right at checkout. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above goes beyond this legal minimum as a voluntary goodwill commitment.
